My passion for health and fitness goes back to high school, but really became a lifestyle for me throughout college and and an outlet when I began my first job. As a COTA/L, I have worked in various settings over the past 7 years. I have been able to see firsthand what happens when we take our health and ability to do everyday tasks for granted, and this has been a driving force for me to learn and help others preserve and appreciate their ability to move functionally and make fitness a lifestyle! I enjoy all things functional fitness and the mind-body connection, have worked with adaptive athletes, and recently have become interested in women’s health as it pertains to prenatal and postpartum fitness. I am excited about helping our clients unlock their true potentials and break through barriers so they can achieve their health and fitness goals and live a life that is meaningful to them! I believe “the body achieves what the mind believes.”
