YOU WILL GET SWEATY AND YOU WILL HAVE FUN
Making sure our new members get started off right is very important to us. All of our new members start with a couple personal training sessions and nutrition guidelines. We want to ensure all new members can move safely and feel comfortable before entering our classes. In our intro package, you will be working one on one with a coach to learn the basics and emphasize proper technique, and you will get a great workout too!
What to Expect
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our gym as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction of movements, you will do a beginner style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our gym, you may graduate to our regular Group Classes and get the full experience!
No prior experience required; this is great for beginners wanting to learn and progress.
