Group Classes

Our group classes are designed to get you fit in every area — strength, endurance, power and flexibility. Our classes will build you into a jack of all trades – you will be stronger, have better endurance, and become more flexible. You will be amazed at the numerous benefits you will see and how effective our workouts are.

What to Expect

Our classes are about an hour long and include a coach led warm-up, strength portion, and conditioning period. We mix the exercises up in a variety of ways to keep it fun and keep your body guessing!
