Our group classes are designed to get you fit in every area — strength, endurance, power and flexibility. Our classes will build you into a jack of all trades – you will be stronger, have better endurance, and become more flexible. What to Expect
Our classes are about an hour long and include a coach led warm-up, strength portion, and conditioning period. We mix the exercises up in a variety of ways to keep it fun and keep your body guessing!
