Tyler Trettin

Tyler has been working in the fitness field since 2006, and he has helped hundreds of clients reach their goals. Fitness has played a huge positive role in his life, and he wants to share his passion with as many people as possible. Tyler believes if you can improve your fitness, you will improve your whole life! Whether your goal is to be fit for life, fit for a sport, or fit to push off the nursing home, Tyler’s knowledge and passion will get you to your goals!

Erin Trettin

Erin was an English teacher for almost 13 years before leaving the profession to follow her growing passion for fitness and massage therapy. Her knowledge of kinesiology and massage therapy training helps her coach members on how to move their bodies properly to prevent pain and injury while analyzing the factors that can limit or enhance their abilities to move.  Erin has been a coach for 8 years and feels very blessed to coach and be part of such a hardworking and fun-loving community of members at Vitality Athletics. Erin loves coaching our members while witnessing them reach their goals and seeing them become more confident, happier, and stronger each day.
