Our programming is focused on Safety, Effectiveness, and Fun!

Coaching

We are coaches who care about you and your results. We have lots of experience and lots of education and we get lots of results!

Accountability

You will always work harder with a coach and a group of people who push you to get better every day.

Positive Environment

Gyms are intimidating and some are not friendly. We are different! We lift more than just weights; we lift each other up!

Motivation

The energy of our coaches, our members, and our results are extremely motivating!

Friendships

Our members and coaches have developed incredible friendships at our gym. Our members are often hanging out together outside of the gym and lot of best friends have been developed at our gym.

Fun

A lot of our members are amazed that working out can actually be fun and something they look forward to!

Results

If we don’t get our members results, we don’t stay in business. Our membership has grown every year for the past 8 years. Results are important!!

 

I am stronger mentally and physically. I find I have increased strength and more confidence in the gym and out. I have been able to improve nutrition and strength with personal training and group classes.
