Program Summary

All new members receive individualized nutrition guidelines. We will tell you exactly how many calories to eat and specifically how much protein, carbs, and fats you need to ensure results. Nutrition is vital for your success! You can not out work a crappy diet!

Nutrition should be simple and straight forward. No gimmicks or fads. Eat high protein sources, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, a little starch and very little if any sugar. Eat enough food to support activity but not body fat. Eat whole foods as much as possible and eat clean at least 80% of the time. Enjoy life the rest of the time!

Current members have access to updated individual nutrition guidelines, food journal reviews, nutrition group page and InBody body composition scans to track progress.

There are several things that draw me to Love CFE. I've worked out at many other CF gyms and I've yet to find the as what I've found at CFE. There is a strong sense of community, comradery, unity and equality amongst the CFE culture. It makes me a better person not just stronger.
