Only one thing? Ive been here 2 years. Since that first day I have made many new friends that keep me coming back, suceeded at muscle-ups and double-unders, got more jacked (or so my wife says), eat waaaay healthier, and even beat coach Josh at a workout (he did do more weight)
I’m stronger, faster and fitter in my 40’s than when I was younger. After being a runner for 10 years, I placed in my age group for the first time in not one, but two, 10K races this fall.
A 2018 health event revealed some poor blood test results. That event and some pals (CFE members) encouraged me to ‘do something’. Fast forward 6 mths and here I am at CFE a proud member of the 5am crew. I love most of it. Except burpees - they’re the devils work. =)
I love coming to the gym to be coached by awesome and well educated trainers plus the friendships that I have required over the years.
I love the community that has been built at CFE, it’s such a great group of members and coaches! To me that’s what CrossFit is about, community!
